Jumpstart your healthy lifestyle with this 6-week fitness, nutrition, and accountability challenge. Learn how to make better dietary choices, while maintaining a consistent exercise plan. This course is designed to create and reinforce healthy habits that can last a lifetime.
Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every workout is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your capabilities and fitness level, so you get the maximum effect every time.
Learn to “stretch with purpose.” This mobility class is designed to help you improve mechanics and perform basic maintenance on yourself – including recovering from high-intensity workouts, managing soreness, and achieving better positioning. Discover the powers of foam rolling, self-myofascial release, PNF, trigger points, self- massage, stretch band work and more to become a better athlete.
Our Olympic Weightlifting class follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. It’s great for those looking to improve technique and strength or want to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.
Nothing gets you to your goals faster than personal training. Our experienced coaches will dive into your specific needs and work 1-on-1 with you to create optimal workouts that produce results. We offer personal training in 30-minute or 1-hour slots.
CrossFit East Coast offers a one hour Skills Series every Thursday night at 6:30pm focusing on technical development of high skill movements we see in daily workouts. Our coaches hold a number of certifications in skill areas such as weightlifting, gymnastics, aerobic capacity, jump rope, kettle bell movement and more. These skills series are designed to spend an extended amount of time outside of class to focus on proper technique, correct faults, and develop proficiency in a number of movements. These classes are offered to all members and do not count as a class for those with a 4x a week membership. It is our hope that adding this class into our members’ weekly routine will increase their efficiency in movement so they may receive even more benefit out of our daily programming.
